SpeedDock™, by CSD Systems Limited, is a new concept in prefabricated contamination control entrances.

SpeedDock™ prefabricated airlocks are the most robust, versatile and affordable polythene chambers available today.

Each one is made using heavy duty polythene, with double-welded seams, and specially designed SpeedFrames™ steel frames for maximum strength and durability. The zinc-electro galvanised finish ensures the frames do not suffer from the same rust problems associated with conventional systems.

With a SpeedDock™ chamber, there is no need for any wrapping, taping, trimming or sealing. Everything comes ‘ready to go’, including pre-hung, pre-weighted flaps plus built-in door seal flange.

On-site assembly time is reduced to an absolute minimum, enabling you to get straight on with the job at hand. Our Three Chamber unit, for example, can be erected in less than 10 minutes – more than an hour less than it takes to assemble some conventional systems.

Available in various standard sizes and configurations, SpeedDock™ chambers can also be custom-made to suit your individual specifications.

The HSE regulations require the use, wherever possible, of 100cm by 2m high airlocks.

SpeedDock™ chambers conform to the Health & Safety guidlines for the safe removal of asbestos.
